Cornish Hake is highly recommended. It is an MSC Certified fully sustainable fishery, and the fish is both healthy, versitile and delicious. We source large fish of between 3 and 5 kg, and hand-cut these portions from beautiful thick fillets. Each pack will contain 2 generous 180 g fillet portions, enough for 2 main courses or 4 starters.
